Packages

  • Package A

    • (applicable during hours of operation only)

    • Space: Back Room / Private Area

    • Number of guests: 10-15

    • Total time: 1 hour (additional hours will be charged at $100 an hour)

    • Rate: $100.00

  • Package B

    • Space: Entire restaurant space only

    • Number of guests: 20-25

    • additional guests will be charged at $25 per person

    • (Maximum capacity - 50)

    • Total time: up to 2 hours

    • Rate: $500.00

  • Package C

    • Space: Entire restaurant space + pastries & specialty coffees

    • Number of guests: 20-25

    • Additional guests will be charged at $30 per person

    • (Maximum capacity - 50)

    • Total time: 2 hours (additional hours will be charged at $100 per hour - maximum of 4 hours total)

    • Rate: $800.00

  • Package D

    • Space: Entire restaurant space + food & drinks

    • Includes a Prix Fixe Menu

    • Number of guests: 20-25

    • Additional guests will be charged at $45 per person

    • (Maximum capacity - 50)

    • Total time: 2 hours (additional hours will be charged at $100 per hour - maximum of 4 hours total)

    • Rate: $1,100.00

 FAQs

  • Open for parties from 2-7pm, with after hours accommodations if needed. If accommodations are needed during business hours, there will be a Business Hours Adjustment fee of $200.00 per hour.

  • The minimum expenditure charge consists of the minimum charge for the entire party including finger foods and beverage to occupy the entire restaurant for a three-hour time period. The minimum charge does not include tax or gratuity.

  • Final guest count is required three (3) business days prior to the event. If no final guest count is submitted three days prior, the original number of guests on the contract will act as the final guest count. Le Citron reserves the right to increase service fees and/or per guests’ price if changes are made after the three-day confirmation date. Host guarantees payment for final guest count. Host guarantees payment for any additional charges during the event, which will be reflected on the final invoice.

  • All menus will include non-alcoholic drinks in the per-person price.

  • Room setup begins 30 minutes prior to your event.

  • Please speak with the event coordinator to discuss compatibility with our system. le citron requires a compatibility test at least 24 hours prior to your event for all equipment

  • Guests may provide decoration subject to approval. Le Citron will be happy to provide any decor requested, and an itemized invoice will be added to the host’s final bills. Le Citron is not responsible for loss or damage to any items brought into for left on the property.

  • A deposit of $100 and a signed contract are required to reserve the event date and confirm our services. Deposit refunds on cancellations are handled as follows:

    30 days prior to event-full refund of deposit

    10-20 days prior to event - 50% refund of deposit

    less than 10 days prior to event - no refund of deposit

  • Le Citron will apply at 10% gratuity to your final bill. Payment in full is due upon completion of the event. Le Citron accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
